What does the DNA test for?  Weight Balance, Fitness & Tissue Health, Brain Health, Hormone Health, Heart Health, and Blood Sugar Regulation.

Step 1

Apply for Coaching

The first step is to apply for coaching online and book your free 15-minute call. This quick session gives us a chance to chat about your goals, explore some solutions, answer any questions you might have, and get you set up for your health coaching journey.

Step 2

Initial Consult + intake forms

Once you’ve decided to move forward, you’ll book your first coaching session with me. In that session, we’ll dive deeper into your story and work together to create a plan that aligns with your unique fitness goals.

Step 3

Program delivered via app

After your initial consult and intake forms are complete, you’ll get access to the coaching app where your full program lives. Your plan will be updated each month to match your progress and evolving needs.

How much is Personal Training?

Since I have several options for PT services, it’s important to apply for coaching and dicuss what route you want to take with me. But rates start at $89 per month and go up from there. All PT plans require 3 or 6 months commitement on auto-pay.

What’s included in your health coaching program?

You’ll get personalized one-on-one coaching, access to a coaching app with your nutrition plan and full support via messaging. Lab testing with physician review is also available if we need to dig deeper. It all depends on what you need as an individual.

What’s the difference between online coaching and in-person sessions?

Online coaching is fully virtual, so we won’t meet in person but the support, programming, and accountability stay the same. With mobile or private in-person training, I’ll be right there with you, offering real-time coaching and hands-on guidance during your sessions.

What kind of equipment do I need for home or mobile training?

For mobile training, we can use whatever equipment you already have at home. And if you don’t have any, no worries, I’ll bring everything we need to get a solid session in such as Steel Maces, Kettlebells, Water Bags etc. Depends on the programming!
